With a surface area greater than 10 cm2. May be found in most major components (such as hard drives, memory modules, optical drives, PCI cards and systemboards) as well as in peripherals (such as keyboards, mice, monitors, port replicators and speakers).
Batteries

All types, including button, lithium-ion, rechargeable and standard alkaline batteries.
Mercury-containing components

Includes mercury in batteries, display backlights and lamps.
Liquid crystal displays (LCD)

Applies to those with a surface area greater than 100 cm2. Also includes background-illuminated displays with gas discharge lamps.
Cathode ray tubes (CRT)

Found in monitors.
External and internal electrical cables and cords (such as IDE, PSU and SATA cables).

Found in most computers, displays and peripherals.
