24x7x365 day support. Whether it's chat, e-mail, support over the phone, or even just downloading a driver from our extensive support site, we're standing by to help. Technical support is included with all Gateway Limited Warranties.

Parts Warranty
If a part is determined to be malfunctioning and a replacement part will solve the problem, Gateway will ship the part directly to you. Parts support is included with all Gateway Limited Warranties.

Factory Labor
Should your PC fail to operate due to a malfunctioning part that is covered under your warranty, Gateway will repair it for free--you pay only shipping and handling to the factory. Gateway will return it to you free of charge. Factory labor is included with all Gateway Limited Warranties.

On-Site Service
If we're not able to diagnose and repair your problem over the phone, Gateway will dispatch a service representative to your home. On-site service is only available with our Premium plan.
