  Can I use my Gift Card to make a payment on a Gateway Easy Pay account?
No, Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products and services.


  How do I check the balance of my Gift Card?

  What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced except where required by law. To report a lost or stolen card, please call (888) 217-0691.


  Does my Gift Card have an expiration date?
No. However, Gift Cards that still have a remaining balance after 12 months of inactivity will be charged a service fee of $1.50 per month, unless prohibited by law. Active use of a Gift Card includes both balance inquiries and redemptions.
