• Technical Support:
  24x7x365 day support. We're just a click or phone call away. Download a file, write us an email, or give us a call for help.
• Parts Warranty:
  If a part is determined to be malfunctioning and a replacement part will solve the problem, Gateway will ship the part directly to you.
• Factory Labor:
  Gateway will repair your PC should it fail to operate due to a malfunctioning part that is covered under your warranty. You are only required to pay for shipping and handling but Gateway will ship it back free of charge. See our Value Plus Service Plans for additional Onsite service.

• Onsite Services:
  In order to receive on-site service, you must assist Gateway in diagnosing issues with your Gateway product and follow Gateway’s warranty processes. If Gateway determines that you need a replacement part, Gateway will ship the part and installation instructions to you. If you purchased on-site service, Gateway may, at its discretion, dispatch a service representative to your home to install the replacement part.
